Courier App - UX
The application is intended to assist couriers in their daily activities. They can view a variety of deliveries and plan an entire working day. An application uses smart technology to adjust delivery routes for each courier individually.

The Problem
- There are many new couriers who do not
understand how apps work.
- Increasing numbers of fake users.
- One of the goals was to enter the global market,
so the application had to be adapted.
The Solution
- The mapping of the application
- Interviews with couriers in Israel
- Research on global delivery markets
- Research US financial/payment issues
Mapping & Analyzing current application
In mapping the courier application, several "holes" were found. These include processes that are interrupted in the middle, that do not offer a complete solution, and that is not entirely clear.

Research Competitors
Application research based on the collaborative model.
What are the processes (the registration process, the payment process, etc.) that are similar in similar applications.

Onboarding
Improve the onboarding process by:
- Explaining the application at the beginning
- A summary of the benefits of the application before registration
Shorten the current onboarding process
Provide all required information during the registration process so that it can be verified during the initial stages of courier approval
Step 1
A welcome screen provides information about the benefits and features of an app.

Step 2
The OCR mechanism improves the efficiency and security of the onboarding process by adding automatic checks.
First screen - license photo. Using this photo, the driver's information can be extracted and displayed on the first screen. Drivers can register more quickly and avoid mistakes using this method.
This can serve to reduce fake accounts, in which an actual photo of a person is crossed with one from a license.

Step 3
There is the possibility of entering multiple vehicles of transportation.
Introducing relevant vehicles and managing documents - test license, insurance...
Based on each driver's choices, the app determines which route is best for him or her based on
an algorithm.

Step 4
VAT status/fields vary by country. A regulation must be approved after selection.
VAT status is crucial to payment to couriers during registration.

Step 5
Registration is followed by a review and approval process, which includes verifying the messenger's information.
Approval of the account is necessary before work can begin

Invoicing and Billing
Submit Invoice
A new feature has been added to the application - "Submit Invoice".
Clicking the button will allow the courier to create an "Invoice".
In the request form, a screen will display details of the work he performed during the week/time period he is requesting payment for.
Account details can be changed before a transfer is made.

Invoice Details
An invoice offers the option to view the details of each track individually.

Banking Details
Payments can be made to the courier's bank account or on a credit card. Updates and changes can be made to banking details in several places within the application. The option is only available before making a payment (it cannot be changed during a payment request).
A default bank can be selected from several options.

Payment Conformation & Invoice
This section contains all the payment information as well as the invoice, along with all the extras - bonus, fines, and account information for where the money will be transferred.

As a result, I create a more simple, more understandable option.
Courie is better able to see where he is supposed to go and what awaits him there.
An improved flow of the courier route - easier, friendlier, more intuitive, and simpler.

Courier Route View
My map shows what happens from when a courier sees a route with deliveries until the moment the delivery is handed over.
Currently, the process is complicated and unclear.
